Meet Keren:
She is a shamanic practitioner whose work is deeply rooted in and guided by shamanic traditions. These traditions form the spine of her work and the foundation from which all her teachings, ceremonies, and therapeutic spaces arise. Her approach is embodied, grounded, and respectful of the unseen, the body, and the natural intelligence that moves through all life.
Alongside her shamanic path, Keren is a trauma-skilled holistic therapist, trained in Process Work and the Unshaming Way with David Bedrick. This training informs how she meets people in their vulnerability, how she understands trauma, and how she supports integration in both therapeutic and ceremonial contexts.
Keren weaves these lineages together to create spaces that are safe, precise, and deeply transformative. Her work invites people into honest contact with themselves, their bodies, and their inner knowing—held within a field of integrity, clarity, and deep presence

My journey in holistic health is deeply influenced by my curiosity of the bodymind connection & my own healing experience. Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling, learning and spending time with my family and friends.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to each client. I believe in helping you connect to your true self and unlock your inner potential. With over two decades of experience as a physical therapist, my approach is rooted in the belief that health comes from harmonizing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Through personalized somatic coaching, bodywork, energetics and evidence-based techniques, I aim to inspire you to achieve your wellness goals and cultivate positive change.
I am the founder of Integrative Haven a holistic healing and wellness practice. With a strong commitment to providing individualized care, I love to work with my clients to empower them to feel inspired to live authentically with ease.
